1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jielivo ("jielivo," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jielivo online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the website at jielivo.com (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jielivo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jielivo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming platforms.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jielivo or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jielivo Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jielivo or any relevant regulatory authority.

jielivo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on jielivo, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all jielivo accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active jielivo account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jielivo login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jielivo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify jielivo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting our support team.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your jielivo account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jielivo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Approved Payment Methods: jielivo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment channels, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods may change from time to time at jielivo's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. jielivo may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: jielivo aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to technical availability.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. jielivo reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Declined Transactions: jielivo reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jielivo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game-type restrictions.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jielivo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect a bonus already credited to a player's account.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jielivo Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• jielivo uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and live dealer systems from licensed game providers to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jielivo's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
• jielivo reserves the right to void any game round or wager that is affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other event that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.
• Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or automated betting systems.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jielivo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Registering or operating more than one account on jielivo.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other players.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jielivo staff through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jielivo Platform — including but not limited to the jielivo brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of jielivo or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jielivo.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jielivo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jielivo's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

jielivo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jielivo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

jielivo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jielivo implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jielivo cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11 Responsible Gaming

jielivo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through the account settings panel.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and automatic logout timers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Suspension & Termination

jielivo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, jielivo will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account, less any amounts owed to jielivo, provided that the closure is not the result of fraudulent conduct or a breach of these Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through jielivo's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments

jielivo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jielivo will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jielivo Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
